The University Running Club offers members a chance to receive training schedules and advice. Coach Mark Gross is our club’s coach and all members are welcome to use him as a resource for any aspect of running. He also provides the race team with a weekly training schedule that can be used as a method to prepare the team for competition. He is primarily the cross-country and track coach at Minneapolis South High School.
Running club members are encouraged to take advantage of this resource and use it as a way to become a better runner or get in shape.
