MSU's Metalsmithing Guild was founded by the School of Art's Metalsmithing Majors. We are a group of students and alumni who's goal is to gain experience selling our work, provide workshops by local Metalsmiths, attend annual conferences, and buy equipment for the Metals Studio. Our semesters include many fundraising opportunities including sales on campus and off, making and selling aluminum spoons for the Ceramics Guild "Chili Bowl," one workshop a semester, and a trip to SNAG (Society of North American Goldsmiths), every spring.
