This week is Global Entrepreneurship Week (14th-19th November 2011)! Queen Mary Entrepreneurs have planned events throughout the week for you to get involved!

  • Creativity and The Enterprise Cycle: How to find and develop ideas for a new enterprise. Thursday 17 November, 10.15 -11.30am
  • Applying for a QM Student Entrepreneurship Fund (QM SEF) Award: Writing the business plan. Thursday 17 November, 12pm -1pm
  • Be Creative: Four ways to find new ideas. Thursday 17 November, 1.30 - 2.30pm
  • Influence, Negotiation and the Customer Experience: Essential enterprise and employability skills. Thursday 17 November, 3pm - 4pm

Friday (Silicon Valley Comes to QM)

  • Technology Entrepreneurship Roundtable - 5pm to 7pm in FB1.01

In partnership with Silicon Valley Comes To The UK (SV2UK), The School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) and G.Hack, a female technology research group at QM, we are hosting a roundtable event inviting experts from their fields to discuss the changing landscape in the UK.

Our speakers including confirmed guests Nzube Ufodike (QMUL Alumnus and founder of Amoo Venture Capital Advisory) and Michela Magas (Founder of Design Research Lab: Stromatolite) will discuss developments in technology entrepreneurship in the UK as well as talking about their experiences to inspire and inform you.
