How long are your contracts?
Unless you sign up for one of our annual or 2-year discount plans, all GroupSpaces account plans are month to month and you can cancel at any time.
Can I get a discount?
Yes! You can get a discount of 15% by paying for 12 months in advance and 25% by paying for 24 months. Just select your plan above and you can choose your payment period on the next page.
Can I get a deal for multiple groups?
Yes! Pay for multiple groups and receive 50% off your 2nd and each subsequent group. The groups can be on different plans, and the full-price group will be the one on the highest plan. Contact us if you would like to purchase upgrades for multiple groups.
Do you offer discounts for non-profit groups or charities?
The majority of GroupSpaces users are non-profit groups and our pricing has been designed to reflect this. With our free plans and discounts for yearly and 2-yearly plans we hope to accommodate most budgets.
Do you offer discounts for student groups?
GroupSpaces is free for eligible non-profit student groups at official academic institutions to use with up to 2000 members. Simply sign up with your recognized university or college e-mail address. We also offer a Student Pro plan giving unlimited members, member lists, file storage and e-mail statistics for $44.99 USD per year. Find out more about eligibility.
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel online at any time by logging into your group and going to your subscription info. Cancellation takes effect from the end of your current billing period.
How is a member defined?
For billing purposes the number of members in your group is taken to be the number of unique e-mail addresses that have been listed as a member of the group at any time in the previous month. This means that adding new members may temporarily take your group into a higher pricing band for the current month even if you have removed members.
Do all my members need to sign up to use GroupSpaces?
No, your members can simply be imported via their e-mail address. You can either import a list of e-mail addresses in a CSV file (e.g. from Microsoft Excel) or by copying and pasting the list directly.
What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept payment online via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron. If you would like to sign up for a paid account but are unable to use any of these payment methods, please contact us.
Are my payment details secure?
Yes! We store your credit/debit card details and associated billing information that you provide us with in order to charge you for your use of GroupSpaces services. Your card details are stored in an encrypted form in accordance with PCI compliance standards.
