A long, long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away (well, not the last part), the Star Trek Society was formed to showcase everyone’s favourite TV franchise about warp factors, men with premature hair loss, phasors on stun, remodulation of the subspace harmonics of the main deflector array, bumpy foreheads and social issues. Not quite such a long, long time ago, the Dreamland Society was formed as an offshoot of TrekSoc devoted to other science fiction and cult TV. The two societies have now re-amalgamated to create an unstoppable hegemony of fandom that shall assimilate or crush all in its path…or, failing that, provide regular doses of cult and sci-fi TV and film past and present, well-known and little-known, for our members to enjoy and discuss.
