In case any of you are interested, I received notice about the OGS's first event, at The Big Bang, a sausage and mash restaurant in Jericho. The owner is very into local and organic foods. Here is the email with the details:
Dear OGS freshers!
I wanted to let you know that the cost for this year's first OGS event
is £15. It is a feast at The Big Bang restaurant that will include on
a variety of traditional and odd (that's a good thing) sausages (and
wine!). Maxwell Mason the owner is keen to share with us what's
happening in Oxford and the rest of the country with respect to the
topic of organic/non-organic farming.
So if you would like to join this kick-off event (and haven't
already), please email me by tomorrow morning and let me know so I can
give Max the final numbers for the dinner.
Warm wishes,
Yannis
