2. Debate: Is there a future for the Independent Bar? Thursday 31st JanuaryThe Law Society is proud to introduce a completely new event to our members. Deciding between the Bar and a Solicitor's firm is a very difficult decision to make, and one which you feel pressurised to answer quite quickly. We are delighted to welcome Barrister Jeremy Stuart-Smith QC from 4 New Square Chambers and Tim Parkes, Litigation Partner at Herbert Smith to debate the issue "Is there a future for the Independent Bar?"
