The event begins at 8pm. Please arrive early to avoid disappointment. New members are able to sign up on the door. Current members, please bring your membership cards.

2. Commercial Awareness presentation by the College of Law - Tuesday 26th February @ 6.30pm

Confused about what the ‘commercial world’ actually is?

Make sure you take this excellent opportunity from the College of Law to find out about how you can improve your commercial awareness before your interviews! Being aware of what exactly the commercial world encompasses and what is going on in it is absolutely essential for anyone considering a career as a lawyer. This will be an excellent interactive workshop for lawyers and non- lawyers alike giving you the opportunity to practice and develop new skills. The College of Law - the UK’s largest and longest established law school- are here to answer any questions you have to ask!

3. Crown Office Mooting Competition Final - Wednesday 27th February @ 7.30pm

It's time again for the prestigious Crown Office Mooting competition final, organised by the Oxford Law Society.

The finalists will moot in front of a judge from the House of Lords - Lord Hope in what promises to be an exhilarating experience! The winners will be selected to compete for Oxford in the Varsity Mooting Competition in London!

This moot is an event that all mooters, lawyers and those interested in the Bar should watch…with an amazing free buffet, the final is something that really can't be missed!!!
