Instruction, group practice and discussion will be followed by tea and biscuits and the chance to speak to our teacher privately. Classes last approximately 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes.
Beginners may start at anytime, all are welcome regardless of previous experience.
Please bring a cushion.
No need to book in advance.
The classes are free, but voluntary donations are appreciated for the provision of our typically sumptuous tea and biscuits :)

Chutney's is a restaurant specializing in Indian cuisine, and is particularly well-known for it's vegetarian dishes.
