Join us at the monthly club meeting on Wednesday March 11th for an interactive, fun presentation on the practice of yoga.

Yoga is one of the fastest growing activities in North America, across all age groups. One of the top reasons people start yoga is to improve flexibility, yet the practice of yoga is about much more than that and thankfully being young and bendy aren't pre-requisites!

There's not just the physical benefits of yoga that will help us in our many outdoor pursuits and support our bodies as we age. Yoga also benefits our mental and emotional wellness - strengthening mind and spirit as we all deal with the mental health challenges of the modern age.

This is an information session, not a yoga class - there'll be some interactivity but you don't need a yoga mat and if you're only interested in flexing your tea or beer drinking arm, that's ok. To help create the yoga mood, please feel free to dress for the theme in your tight Lululemons, with Starbucks cup in one hand and yoga mat tucked under the other arm.

Whether you’re new to yoga or not, there’ll be something for you in this short session.
