The summer camping trip to Golden Ears Provincial Park is now available for sign up! The arrival date is Wed the 24th of July with a departure date of Sunday the 28th of July (4 nights).

For now, participation is limited to 35 people, and the cost per person is set at $35 for the event, regardless of the number of nights you decide to stay.

The campsite has a large grassy area to pitch tents, a sheltered area with picnic tables to cook and eat, a fire pit, an outhouse type toilet facility and a fresh water supply tap. The site has about 10 parking spots with an overflow area within 100m of our site in the West Canyon parking lot.

There are hiking trails within a 5 min walk from our camp site. This group camp site is located in a private treed area away from other camp sites. This site was chosen over the other group site (Alouette Group Site) which is close to the beach and day use area and tends to be very noisy and congested. Our group camp site is a short drive from the beach area and other amenities and day use lots.

Golden Ears Provincial Park is located in the Coast Mountains 11kms north of Maple Ridge on the north side of the Fraser River.  The park provides opportunities for hiking, climbing, geocaching, cycling, swimming, canoeing, kayaking and horseback riding and fishing etc.
