Capt. Jeff Davis of the United States Navy, currently also St. Antony’s College Hudson Fellow, regrettably had to cancel his talk on 'U.S. Post-modern Air Power: Bosnia to Iraq'.

In its place, Professor Hew Strachan (Senior member of the OUSSG Committee, Chichele Professor of the History of War, Fellow of All Souls College, and Director of the Leverhulme Programme on the Changing Character of War) is giving a talk entitled 'Strategy as a Balancing Act: The UK's Dilemma'.
