Objectives:

Political
To create informed and inclusive debate, to the end of finding new and viable answers to many problems faced by the Middle East. To invite distinguished speakers whether they be political figures, royalty, or journalists to discuss and debate current political issues.

Social and Cultural
To further the understanding of Middle Eastern culture, history, and gastronomy. To hold regular viewings of Middle Eastern films, to organise concerts and recitals of Middle Eastern literature, and to organise Middle Eastern themed parties throughout the academic year.

Economic
The only oxford society to offer an exclusive and unique internship program in co operation with our business partners in the middle east.

Humanitarian
Any profit that is made by the society will be donated to a Middle Eastern charity chosen by the members.
