Welcome to the Oxford University Motor Drivers Club. In case you have forgotten, at Freshers Fair we had the large banner asking: "WANT TO GO KARTING?". Over 200 of you fancy the idea, so we expect this year to be a very good one for potential drivers. Whether you are a complete beginner or a veteran racer, all are welcome as karting requires no previous driving experience at all!

We are holding our Freshers Drinks meeting at 7pm on Monday 2nd week, in the Saskatchewan Room @ Exeter College (it will be easy to find, Exeter is small and there will be hints). All Freshers are welcome to come, where seasoned OUMDC members will be around to talk about the clubs activities over a couple of drinks. We should also be announcing details of this term's first race, so watch this space…

You will also have the chance to become a member of the club - yearly membership is just £8, and will entitle you to discounts on many of our events. With so much interest in the sport this year, it promises to be worth your while coming along, so don't miss out!
