OUCDS has existed in one form or another since 1880 to support and promote the production of Classical (Greek and Roman) drama, in the original languages and in translation, in the university and beyond. Our major responsibility is the triennial Oxford Greek Play, but in the meantime we initiate and sponsor student productions of Classical drama.
