The Trainee Manager Programme incorporates 3 to 6 month rotational placement activities which will involve project management, operational management, commercial, engineering, health & safety and environmental processes at various sites/departments within the company.

Applicants can be from any degree discipline and need to demonstrate an interest in developing a career in a commercial/trading, operations, manufacturing or engineering environment and need to be flexible and able to travel both locally and internationally in order to complete all their rotations.
