Please join us for an informative presentation and discussion on the important issue of Baha'i students being denied access to Higher Education in Iran. Dr. Nazila Ghanea will present on the situation facing Baha'i students and the response of the Baha'i Community in establishing an open university, the Baha'i Institute for Higher Education (BIHE). Dr. Nazila Ghanea is an Oxford University Lecturer in International Human Rights Law. Dr. Ghanea is also the Editor-in-Chief for the Journal of Religion and Human Rights. Her research interests in International Human Rights Law include: freedom of religion or belief, women's rights, minority rights, UN human rights machinery, human rights in the Middle East.
