The main objectives of the OGHG are:
1. To raise awareness of and take action on global health issues such as, HIV/AIDS, TB and Malaria.
- To provide other services including workshops and seminars deemed in the interests of its members.
OGHG is still a fledgling society less than a year old but it even in this short time its has really taken off. It is open to any member of the university and its success relies on the enthusiasm and common interests shared by its members.
