Southside Electric Cooperative Scholarships
This spring, Southside Electric Cooperative will award scholarships through its Southside Opportunity Fund. Graduating high school seniors in the Cooperative’s service area whose parents receive electricity from SEC are eligible to apply. In 2017, 18 scholarships were awarded. Southside Electric Cooperative Youth Tour
June 10-14, 2018
Southside Electric Cooperative will take 8 high school juniors from its service area to Washington, D.C., June 10-14 for the annual Electric Cooperative Youth Tour. Trip will include sightseeing, Capitol tour, Potomac River cruise, Baltimore Orioles game, learning about the electric cooperative business and spending time with 1,800 high school students from across the United States.
