The KEEN Olympics is upon us, the grand celebration of the KEEN year! The KEEN Olympics is a unique session. It's a little similar to Allsorts in that we do sports, but different in some key ways. Please read carefully!

·         There is no age-break, so all of our Athletes aged 4-25 are with us together for the full 3 hours!

·         There are 4 sports instead of three!

·         After the four sports there's an obstacle course!

·         After the obstacle course, there are hoola hoops!

·         After the hoola hoops, there are certificates, medals and speeches, and the announcement of next year's co-ordinator!

Sounds very good, right? It is! Here's another thing you need to know about the KEEN Olympics. Because we're entertaining ALL of our athletes AT ONCE....

That's right, even if you're usually more of a Monday, or a Friday type, you really really must come to the KEEN Olympics at all costs! It's simply too good to miss. Come along, and bring your friends!

THE WEATHER
One final very important point. The Olympics MUST go ahead, whatever the weather! The forecast for Saturday is looking decidedly dodgy. We therefore have two plans.

·         If the weather looks manageable, we will be at the New College Sports Ground, as usual (with the addition of a big Marquee).

·         If the weather looks terrible, we will be heading indoors to the Blackbird Leys Leisure Centre, with coach transport provided.

We are going to decide tonight / early tomorrow morning to give the forecast the maximum chance to be accurate. Therefore, I'll be sending another email tomorrow confirming the venue.
