KEEN is an organisation that provides activities for young people (4-25+ year olds) with special needs. We run an over 18s social club on a Monday evening, an arts and drama club for under 18s on a Friday afternoon, a social club for teenagers on a Friday evening and a sports session for everyone on Saturday afternoons. We also do lots of special events like day trips and holiday activities.

Thank you to those who braved Allsorts on Saturday, the rain did not dampen spirits at all! In fact it just gave us the opportunity to add musical interludes to an already wonderful session. This week we'll shooting some hoops on the basketball court and it would be great to see you there. Also coming up is a very exciting trip out for GrEAT to club night StingRay!
There is also now the chance to signup for the exclusive event which is the GrEAT Black Tie Ball, to be held at the illustrious Linacre College of Oxford University, with drinks reception on the quod, two course dinner and dancing into the night. It's not to be missed so signup now!

Thank you to all those who volunteered at Allsorts on Saturday, it was a brilliant first outdoor session and it would be great to see you back this week! GrEAT on Monday was good fun too with lots of sugary creations and the first ZigZag of term set the bar for the coming disney musical extravaganzas!

It was great to see so many athletes enjoying themselves at Ice Skating on Friday, thank you to all the volunteers who helped make it happen, especially to members of the Alts for supporting KEEN again!
This week ZigZag and KEEN Teens start up again on Friday with our first disney musical; Aladdin at ZigZag and cooking up a feast with Teens. The culinary theme continues with the GrEAT British Bake Off on Monday and there will be plenty of summery sport on offer at Allsorts on Saturday. Allsorts this week is shaping up to be a very popular session with athletes so we need to see lots of volunteers along too!
Before I give you all the details let me highlight the over 18s Marwell Zoo Day trip on 19th May, which is fast approaching, do email me if you can help out!
