SPRING Accelerator believes that business has enormous potential to help address societal challenges and to transform the lives of girls and young women. To date, SPRING has worked with 75 companies across 15 sectors in nine countries across East Africa and South Asia, using human-centered design (HCD) to accelerate social enterprises with products, services, and business models specifically designed to have a positive impact for adolescent girls.
SPRING aims to demonstrate the value of and encourage more gender lens investing by bringing together social enterprises, investors, donors and other relevant stakeholders and sharing lessons learned on best practices.
