FEST is a University of Oxford based society for women who are studying or working in engineering, science, and technology within the University and its’ associated Institutes. FEST aims to promote and encourage women in their scientific careers by providing:

• Information and resources for women in science
• Formal and informal social events with prominent members of the scientific community • A support network of role models, mentors and peers • Networking opportunities for career development
