One of the two priorities of the flagship, Baltic Sea Labour Forum is labour mobility. On order to support an increased labour mobility in the region but a responsible one also supporting circulation of the work force a so called Baltic Leadership Programme on labour mobility will be implemented, launched in autumn 2016.The Baltic Leadership Programme is a training programme designed to develop the region by bringing together future leaders and giving them the tools they need to create successful cross-border partnerships. The programme is operated and financed by the Swedish Institute. In order to prepare the programme a survey on the state of the region in regards labour mobility was made by the Norden Association in Sweden, financed by the Swedish Institute.
