Essex Bright Futures is helping students from all degree disciplines to maximize their employability skills through year-round collaboration with industry through weekly on campus events such as skills sessions and company presentations teaching our members about the key skills employers look for; getting our members in direct contact and networking with graduate employers and recruiters to ensure in turn they have complete knowledge and advice from all the right sources such as recruiters, people in industry, the Careers Center, or even specially selected websites, magazines and external events.
We have partnered with an organisation called "AssessmentDay"who have a wide variety of psychometric tests that you can run online or download and work through in your own time. That way you canfeel confident when faced with the various tests companies throw at you and whizz your way through to the next stage!
