The Role Profiles are available in: EN - FR - DE - PL - EL
Based on the analysis of the labour market needs and the input received by stakeholders through an ongoing channel of communication, the e-Virtue partners identified and specified the skills and competences required for new Role Profiles in the Virtual learning sector and formulated these, according to the structure of the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) and the European e-Competence Framework (e-CF).
Both the Role Profiles and the Training Guidelines aim at:
Fostering comparability between the different VET systems
Increasing transparency of VET structures
Promoting workers' and learners' mobility
