Dorking Life Saving Club

We meet at DORKING LEISURE CENTRE - Tuesdays - 7:30 to 9:00pm

Offering ongoing training for all RLSS life-support and life-saving awards, teaching qualifications, swimming teachers' rescue awards (NRASTC), and beach and pool lifeguarding.

Everyone is welcome - we are open to anyone aged 13 upwards (incl adults).

Participation can be used for GCSE PE and Duke of Edinburgh's Awards.

You do not have to be an exceptional swimmer to join in!

Bring a friend, if you wish, or make new ones here.

Regular Weekly Training Sessions

REMEMBER: Don't forget to bring your kit - swimwear, goggles, towel, long-sleeved shirt, trousers or skirt, long-sleeved pullover.

If there's anything wrong with you that may affect your swimming - PLEASE TELL YOUR TRAINER!

If you arrive and mannequins etc haven't been brought out from the store - PLEASE VOLUNTEER TO HELP GET THEM AS SOON AS A TRAINER ARRIVES.

If you are NOT going to be at the club this week - PLEASE TELL YOUR TRAINER THE WEEK BEFORE.

Tuesday 5th January - The first session of 2010.

We will be rearranging groups to balance stages and abilities a little better - do try to come along to this session.
