Welcome to the Community Partners HealthNet web community. CPH is a not-for-profit network that provides services to seven community health centers and eight rural health centers throughout North Carolina, Connecticut, and Texas. The mission of CPH is "through shared resources, serve the participating community health centers in their committment to provide quality, accessible care to the populations in underserved areas." CPH receives funding from the BPHC/HRSA as well as a number of other technology and rural health grants.
This web community is being developed to share information among the Community Health Centers and the Community Partners HealthNet staff. We hope to expand the site in the future.
