Prior to joining SWIP, Mirja worked for Goldman Sachs as an executive director in leveraged finance, and in their Frankfurt office as an associate in mergers and acquisitions. She has also worked as a financial analyst with Morgan Stanley.

Scottish Widows Investment Partnership (SWIP) is one of Europe's largest asset management companies and part of Lloyds Banking Group. Managing funds worth £77.25bn (€90bn), the firm has a broad product range which includes an allocation to private equity funds.
