AdStage Review Must Watch This Before Buying

"AdStage is a excellently powerful reporting tool!"

What do you like best?

AdStage has advanced reporting capabilities that are very simple to use. Thier onboarding and training procedure is strong. Their customer support team operates on a higher degree than every other company I have worked together in both my business and personal life. The automation interrupts a large number of roadblocks I've been running in to with restricted time/budgets for customers using paid social media advertising. The reports are beautiful and the interactive abilities on the Web View option have made lots of my customers very happy.

What do you really dislike?

The'Handle' section is a bit bulky and much less user-friendly as the'Report' and'Automate' section. It feels just like 90% of the efforts are put in both of the other areas and also the'Manage' section is kind of workout. Although the other two segments are the primary reason I am utilizing the stage, it is a place that can prove very helpful to maintain a pulse on your company as a whole, but only as long as the widget personalization, date range, along with dining table customization were improved considerably and the choice to save your preferences has been included.
Tips to others considering the product

I know it is not entirely up to you, but also bring on Snapchat! Also, clean up that'Management' section. More widget personalization, and allow me to save my settings so I don't need to readjust everything if I click.

What business issues are you solving with the product? What advantages have you realized?

The very first difficulty AdStage has solved and my team is time. We're a bootstrapped promotion bureau, so each hour counts. AdStage automatic reporting & campaign rotations save my team an average of 17 hours each week. That alone makes the cost of the platform worthwhile for my agency. The largest problem I have resolved with AdStage is beating the utter lack of visual and automation reporting abilities through compensated social media ads. Facebook does not provide tools like this to their advertisers, but AdStage has stepped in with high speed API access to the Facebook and Instagram platforms. Last, the automation tools have enabled me to alter how I approach customers with bigger budgets and enabled me to provide great results for a restricted budget.

"Clean & Easy to Use"

What do you enjoy best?

Much like other platforms, AdStage which makes it easy to handle campaigns across many unique platforms. AdStage delivers a clean dashboard to manage, make and test campaigns. It is quite simple but I really enjoy the folder feature so I can easily set similar campaigns across stations. I also have had good customer support from our rep.

What do you dislike?

AdStage is clean and easy, but doesn't own a great deal of bells and whistles you may find in other programs. Also, they recently made some modifications to the way Twitter is generated and managed (essentially making it so you can just analyze, not edit or create ) which is not ideal. I also have had to reconnect various programs from time to time that's simple but somewhat annoying. Overall however, none of these are major problems.

"AdStage brings effort direction to a new level"

What do you enjoy best?

The total feature set and that they last innovating/moving forward at a quick pace. At the start, this UX was a mess but the features made it rewarding. The UX and speed also have come a longlong way. Additionally, AdStage (I think JD Prather) produces a newsletter on the ad media space that I've found valuable.

What do you dislike?

UX is getting better but still requires some polishing. UI is a tiny non-intuitive in areas.

Tips to other people considering the Item

Of all the alternatives we reviewed, we found AdStage are the one which felt most functional if that is reasonable. At the moment, AdStage w/ in beta, and also while the UX wanted work, it actually felt a lot more polished that a number of the others.. .and during our evaluations, everything worked - that might seem odd, however we ran into numerous problems with others (some modest, some essential ), which AdStage simply felt comfy.
What business issues are you solving using this item? What advantages have you realized?

We're a small agency and have discovered AdStage beneficial in terms of unifying campaign management and reporting capabilities.

"Best Agency Level Scheduling & Rules Tool"

What do you like best?

As a service we heavily use and rely on the rule and scheduling based automation features of AdStage to help us manage over 300 customer Facebook Ad Accounts. These two sections alone have freed around 300 hours 2017 I now devote to customer satisfaction, service improvements and much more.

What do you dislike?

I'm working on enjoying the reporting capability of AdStage. Visually attractive reports are extremely important to me and that I struggle with the vertical spacing issue I'm coming across.

Recommendations to others considering the product

As an agency we've found it best to setup our rules and scheduling about naming conventions of the campaign titles, ad accounts, ad sets / ad groups, etc.. You will save some rebuilding time if you sit down and strategy that before actually building out a Complete implementation of AdStage

What business problems are you solving using the item? What advantages have you understood?

Before locating AdStage I'd spend several hours of my day going through somewhere in the area of 100 different advertisement accounts to track a number of metrics. Most of this time has been wasted because not every advertisement account needed to be evaluated every single moment. Fast forward to about a year after signing up for AdStage and also our firm handles over 300 different advertisement accounts. AdStage is the tool we use to know as soon as an account needs to be considered.

In 2017 our attention was exclusively focused around Facebook advertising. In 2018 we're presenting remarketing opportunities for our customers utilizing Google. AdStage will be useful in our ability to double our service offerings without needing to double our staff to manage the excess platform.

The true bottom line is that AdStage allows us to become more efficient with our time. AdStage enables us to be surgically accurate by which customers need to be looked at and especially why they need to get looked at.
