Since we're clearly all ever so slightly insane, there must be a few takers for this:

It’s a 100ft abseil from the John Radcliffe Hospital, Headington on Sunday 15th June in aid of Muscular Dystrophy Campaign!

They're encouraging us to get team(s) together, partly for the discounted registration fee for teams of 4 or more, and partly because having the rest of the team there makes you more likely to make the big leap of faith.

So organise an Alts team, or two and do some good.
