KU AIAA

About this Group

AIAA's, American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, KU Chapter is a student organization which provides an environment for all KU Aerospace majors to meet, make new friends, get involved, help promote academic achievement, and ultimately get the most out of their time as a KU Aerospace Student.

We organize activities such as field trips, barbeques, and even opportunities to fly single engine aircraft out of Lawrence Executive Airport. We can offer advising, job opportunities, scholarships, and test files to those pursuing aerospace engineering. Even if you have a passion for aviation, but aren't necessarily an aerospace engineer, we welcome you to join our family!
