Interview with Henry
1. How did you get involved in theater? When did you know you wanted to become an actor?
I got involved with theater in college when my pre-med grades were slipping, and the only good grade I had was from a drama elective. I decided to switch majors and go all out theater. I fell in love with it and stuck with it.
2. What kind of theater inspires you?
Theater that gets at the core of the human condition inspires me most. I love it when your heart is touched by a piece and you can relate to the characters.
3. Who/What has been your biggest inspiration to you as an actor?
I believe ANYONE in the arts inspires me. If someone is struggling and still loves what he or she is doing, it makes me want to keep pursuing my dreams as well.
4. What's your role in Hollywood In the Hood? Why did you want to work on this show?
I play the role of BE. I wanted to work on this show because I love a good comedy and playing someone in the hood is always a pleasure.
5. In one word, what is the one thing you are most excited about for the show?
6. What can we do to learn more about you?
Just ask! I’m sort of an introvert so I can’t talk for days, but just ask and I’ll answer! I also love karaoke so you can learn more if we have a little sing-along!
