The Ventura County Fair began in 1875, when the primary focus of the fair was horse racing. The fair was enjoyed so much that it continued every year up until today- with the exception of a few years during World War II.
The 143rd Ventura County Fair returns August 1 - 12. From Apples to Bees to Zucchini, from photography to cake decorating to robotics, from pygmy goats to steers, there's truly something for everyone at the Ventura County Fair.
And if you'd like to lend a hand at CWA's booth in the Agriculture Building, drop us a line. It's always a fun time at the Fair!
