Jitsu is a modern form of Jiu Jitsu, a martial art originating from medieval Japan. Focusing on throws, strikes and joint-locks, Jitsu uses the energy and momentum of an attacker against them and teaches effective self-defence for use in a huge variety of situations.
Jitsu can be practised by anyone and you need not be extremely fit to train, although training regularly will undoubtedly improve your overall strength and fitness.
