Hi Gang,
My amazing adventure in the High Caucasus seems like a distant dream already, and now looking forward to my next trip away over Christmas when I’m off to Austria with snow and gluwein etc.  Until then lots of wonderful things to keep my pecker up, and the November Loose Muse has a real Continental flavour too it, so hopefully you’ll come along and enjoy the amazing writers we have on offer that month.
LOOSE MUSE – London’s Premiere Women’s Writers Night will be on November 9th
the second Wednesday of each month - Upstairs @  The Sun Pub, 21 Drury Lane
(on the corner of Betterton Street),  London WC2B 5RH - 8.00 p.m. the doors open from 7.30 pm.  £6.00/£5.00 concessions.  Features this month will be:
Vrouwkji Tuinmana firm favourite at Loose Muse, joining us from Holland, who published her fourth novel ‘Afschedstournee’ (Farewell Tour) in 2016.  Since 2004 she has also written 5 poetry collections. Together with photographer Andrea Stultiens she put together the book/exhibition ‘Intensive Care’, published in Dutch and English. Her work has been translated in English and German.
Kathleen M. Quinlanwill launch her poetry collection, Moorings, (Cinnamon Press, 2016) at Loose Muse tonight, and is also the author of a poetry pamphlet From We to I (2015 Cinnamon Press).  She has published poetry on both sides of the Atlantic, in a variety of publications, and has also she conceived and edited How Higher Education Feels: Commentaries on poems that illuminate emotions in learning and teaching (2016, Sense Publishers).  She was runner up for the Cinnamon Press Poetry Collection Award in 2013 and a finalist for the Venture Award (flipped eye).
+ Special Guest Ellen Zaks – joining us from Southern Spain. Metaphysical, ‘quantum physical’, sensual and surreal - her poems conjure mysterious realities. Her collection ‘Outcries' has inspired a multi-media theatre event ’Between Walls Like Sheets’, performed in Brighton.

Plus there will the usual open mic to share your work.

So come share the passion, share the joy!
