Solids separation management decanter centrifuge’s specification

Tuesday, 7th June 2016 (all day)

This event is in the past.

Waste that is solid (typically it is drilling cutting that contain in the drilling mud) management decanting centrifuge are use to process un-weighted and weighted, water-based and oil-based slurry and widely use in chemical industry, food industry, mineral beneficiation field.  If there are demand for fine separation need in any industry, decanter centrifuge can be ideal machinery to do the task.

The large treating capacity fluid centrifuge is driven by two electronic motors. The main motor drives the drum and differential shell rotation by the timing belt. The second motor drives the spiral through the differential variable speed. The drum and spiral rotate together in the same direction, but at different speeds. It separates the solid phases in the slurry by the centrifugal sedimentation principle. The fluids is pushed into the rotor drum through the inlet pipe and under the force of screw propeller, under the effect of centrifugal force, the solid phases will be spin  onto the inside wall of the drum, pass the impeller on the screw propeller and be discharged from the open hole at the thinner side of the drum. The fluids are excreted from the overflow hole of the large end. The continuous circle like above to achieve the target of continuous slurry separation of solid and liquid. Drilling Waste management decanting centrifuge are able to apply over 3,000 G-force on the slurry mixture, which separates the heavier solids from the lighter solids.

·         Decanter centrifuges  work reliable, long service life. The composers of the propellers -with thick plate, exterior wear resisting layer to ensure centrifuge use long life.

·         The main bearing imported SKF brand to ensure maximum time usage of machinery.

·         Centrifuge vibration is produce very low noise .By improving the rotational pars machining accuracy and the dynamic balance accuracy of the vibration.
