Pitless Solution for drilling rig

Friday, 5th February 2016 (all day)

This event is in the past.

Pitless is the trend for oil & gas drilling rigs, in the past years, most of the drilling rigs are using a huge waste pit to storage the waste water and mud, and after drilling, they will pay a lot of money to treat them properly and disposal, and they have to use a hugh area which is extremely expensive and in some other cases it is not allowed to use such a hugh area, they are asked to do something for environmental protection and underground water protection. Along with the new environmental laws are issued by more and more governments, it is difficult to be approved a project if without a proper pitless solution and drilling waste management solution.

GN solids control provide the customized pitless solution and drilling waste management system design & production. We have sold hundreds of decanter centrifuge and vertical cuttings dryer every year for oil based mud and synthetic oil based mud, and high G drying shaker with decanter centrifuge for water based drilling mud.

The most important point for pitless is to use a good performance drilling mud system, the soids control system is to recycle the drilling fluids and reduce the drilling waste effectively. Then use a proper drilling waste management system to treat the less drilling cuttings, it will improve its efficiency. If without the solids control system or use unproper solids control equipments, the drilling waste will increase a lot and it is not easy to meet pitless standard. GNZS594E-HB is a 4-panel shale shaker with long screen length for better treatment of the drilling mud and large screen area for adequent time to treat the mud drier. Adjustable high G force up to 8.0G.

For more details of drilling waste management system or zero discharge mud system, pls contact with GN solids control.
