GN all economic models of mud recycling system, also known as desander unit are 2 phases treatment plant with the prescreens to firstly separate the coarse solids out and hydrocyclones to remove fine solids out secondly. While for GNMS-500G and GNMS-500GL, there will be 3 phases treatment with the addition of desilter cyclones. Meanwhile, GN solids control is the only China’s suppliers to Australia market. The main reason why GN Solids Control is the only one Chinese Exhibitor is that, Australia market is a tough market for Chinese companies, the customer there prefer quality more than price. However, GN Solids Control has supplied it’s first mud recycling system to Australia in 2010, up to now, over 20 sets of mud recycling systems has been sold to Australia and New Zealand for HDD Trenchless, Water well drilling, CBM drilling, and Oil Gas drilling etc. Recently, GN showed its 200 GPM mud system on the 2015 Australia No Dig shows. It is the smallest with a treating capacity of 200GPM and 4 sets 4’’desilter cones.
