The Executive Committee is formed from Chamber members, spanning retail business owners to the professional services and local media. The committee is formed each year at the AGM in May.

Sue has worked for Handelsbanken in Yeovil for just over 3 years. She has lived in Sherborne for over 15 years. Handelsbanken opened the Yeovil Office 3 years ago and covers the Sherborne and surrounding areas. Sue looks after the Personal Banking and Mortgage relationships
Andrew Maddock - President Mid West Stationery
Mid West Stationery in an independent retail and commercial stationers, supplying the basics from paper & pens to anything for the office.
They are now in their 14th year at Midwest as owners although Mid West was started over 40 years ago - the aim is to maintain the independence of the business.
Jane Wood – Vice Chairman Olivers
Jane was born in Sherborne and has lived and worked around the world but always knew she'd return to Sherborne. Jane bought Oliver's in 2011 and this year is its 30th anniversary. Originally sited in what is now the Flower Barrow, Oliver's moved to its current site in 1986.
They've recently opened the courtyard seating area which has proved extremely popular on sunny days. As well as the coffee shop they also offer homemade cakes to order and can provide buffets for events.
Kafe Fontana has been on Cheap Street under Sarah's ownership for 7.5 years. They are a small, but very friendly café serving a wide variety of food and drinks, both hot and cold, soft and alcoholic, from breakfast at 9am through to afternoon tea at 3pm.
Steve Lee – Waitrose
Waitrose enjoyed its first anniversary over Easter this year and the branch has settled in very well over the last 15 months. Waitrose has a long standing reputation for its work with local communities and Sherborne has been no exception with the branch working hard to integrate itself in the community, supporting local good causes through our Community Matters Scheme and staff (Partner's) volunteering projects.
Neil has worked as the Deputy Manager at the branch for the past 3 months, having worked across a number of Waitrose stores over the past 10 years. Neil began his career as a shopfloor Partner after leaving school and has worked his way through the company over the last decade.
Hollie Knapman - Battens Solicitors
Hollie has worked with Battens for 7 years and is an Associate solicitor in the family department. Hollie specialises in matrimonial and complex children matters. The firm has 5 offices locally and Hollie has worked in the Sherborne office since January 2015.
Emma Slee - Western Gazette
Emma is the Editor of the Western Gazette. The Western Gazette’s history stretches back 277 years, when it was known as the Sherborne Mercury and published in Sherborne. Today the Western Gazette’s Sherborne edition is the second biggest of the five editions. It is Sherborne’s only paid-for local newspaper, providing unrivalled levels of local Sherborne area news.
