 ng the rideout and intending to have lunch at the lunch stop\, so we can g
 ive the landlord an idea of numbers  \n  \nWe'll be meeting at East Grinst
 ead McD's at 9.00 for a 9.30 start and threading our way down through East
  Sussex to Birling Gap (nr Beachy Head) for a teabreak. The ride will then
  head up to Elephant's Head pub nr Lamberhurst for lunch and then finally 
 aim to be back to East Grinstead around 3.00-3.30. Total ride is around 10
 5 miles and will take in a selection of mainly B roads with a smattering o
 f A roads and unclassified (single track) mixed in. Be aware that the rela
 tively small amount of single track (for a Max ride) may still be quite mu
 ddy in places!  \n  \nAll members are welcome to attend\, if it's your Ros
 pa first ride out then please make sure you've read the backmarker system
