Richard reported the finances are in good space. Mentioned the need to bring in new members.
Richard brought the trailer to his house in Powhatan. He mentioned that his son's band is interested in purchasing alone of the smaller tents and some tables. The trailer is in good condition. Issue is somewhat on pricing the tents, die to the inexpensive price of other tents.
Richard discussed a glitch with the member roster on the web site. He is working it with GroupSpaces. Concern is that hackers are attempting to access the site. Richard asked that members try to log on.
