This months observing evening has been cancelled due to forecast bad weather.


at the Clubrooms & Observatory, 51 Ahiaruhe Road, Carterton
5:30 pm Buckhorn in Carterton for drinks and an evening meal
7:00 pm Winter Stars (AV presentation in the Clubrooms)
7:30 pm Observing Saturn and the wonders of our winter night
sky
The observing evening will only proceed if the weather is
favourable. Note that the weather in the Wairarapa can often be
very different to that in Wellington or on the Kapiti Coast. If in doubt
