Horowhenua Astronomy Meeting

Hi all,

Here are the minutes of April's general meeting.

As you know this years AGM will be held on 7th May at 7:30pm I have attatched a copy of last years AGM minutes for your reference.

I would also like to remind you that nominations will now be made for this years executive and committee.

So far we have received nominations for the following posts

PRESIDENT: Steve Chadwick
VICE PRESIDENT: Ian Cooper
TRESURER: Simon Hills
SECRETARY: Tina Hills
COMMITTEE MEMBER: John Honore
COMMITTEE MEMBER: Paul Field

Further nominations for all the posts can be made prior to the meeting or from the floor on the day. Please make sure all nominees are aware of and agree the nomination prior to being nominated.
