An Introduction to the Fermi Paradox
Presentation by Josh Gross
It's highly unlikely that we’re the only intelligent
civilisation in the universe, and yet we’ve never seen
any evidence of other life. If there are other
civilisations out there, why haven’t we heard from
them? This conundrum is known as the ‘Fermi
Paradox’, or the ‘Great Silence’. In this presentation,
we explore some of the theories surrounding this
paradox.
