This event is in the past.

June 25 Saturday at Oxford Brookes University, Headington Campus Room No JHB 301 from 6 PM to 7 PM. Amardeep Singh will speak on his book "LOST HERITAGE The Sikh Legacy in Pakistan" (Dec 2015). Book's website is LOST HERITAGE - The Sikh Legacy in Pakistan

Prof Tariq Rahman (Visiting Fellow, Wolfson College, Oxford) will speak on 'Punjabi language and and its Soft Power in Pakistan'

JHBB stands for John Henry Brookes Building. It is a newly built top building that you can not miss on coming to the Gypsy Lane/ Headington campus of the university.

There would be enough free parking space. Due to construction work going on now, you might have to walk back to the London Headington Road back towards Oxford (3-5 minutes walk) to access the JHBB. Note the phone number below if you get lost which I am pretty sure, you will not.

Please feel free to forward this to anyone ( possibly with a cc to me) who you think might be interested.
