About OxWIB:
Oxford Women in Business (OxWIB) empowers enterprising young women of Oxford University to expand and sharpen their understanding of business and entrepreneurship; giving them the skills they will need to become future leaders.
Objectives:
Create a platform where students can openly address issues concerning women in the business world.
Provide increased career opportunities, education, and awareness for our members, thus providing support and tools for their professional endeavours.
Facilitate networking opportunities for our members with professionals creating a community of mentors able to advise and encourage young women.
Events:
The society runs several different types of events, including an Inspirational Speakers series, networking events with leading global companies across different industries, recruitment and business skills workshops, and informal opportunities to meet with our sponsors. Check the 'Speakers' and 'Events' pages of the website to learn more about our programme and how to get involved.
Our events are open to all Oxford University students, regardless of
