These video-based sessions on the Velostudio Wattbikes are excellent intensive training if you have limited time, or don't want to get your bike mucky (and yourself cold) in the winter. But be warned that they're seriously hard work... You can expect to feel good after it finishes, though. Bring plenty of water!
Hi Will, the Velostudio is open every day – most sessions are freeform, but they have a few Sufferfest and a few coached sessions every week too. This is a weekly Sunday slot, with different Sufferfests each time. Their website (linked in my original post) has a schedule.
Thanks for the posting Peter. I can't make this Sunday, but it has planted a idea in my mind for some winter training. is it every Sunday or occasionally? And any midweek - Rich and I did the outdoor road track last night and it was great (kind of!)
