Hi there NSAGA Members,
Hopefully you've all been having a good semester so far, but now it's time to start looking ahead to the spring. NSAGA is going to be going through some exciting changes next semester, and now's your chance to get involved!
We're reaffirming our mission to examine sex, gender and sexuality in media, as well as changing our name to Gender Expressed in Media, GEM.
GEM is going to have several executive leadership positions open in the Spring, so feel free to shoot me an e-mail if you're interested and want more information.
We're also preparing to schedule our meetings, so please respond to this e-mail with which weekday works for you in the spring semester, and a general idea of the time.

Hey y'all!
Halloween is almost upon us, so in honor of the occasion, NSAGA is hosting a Horror Movie Night Tonight! We will be watching the 2006 film, Stay Alive and have a discussion about gender and sexuality in horror movies afterward. Pizza and cupcakes will be provided. The event starts at 7:00pm in the Anna Many Lounge of the Caroline Richardson building.
