Media Meet-Up & UltraViolet™ Digital Distribution Discussion

Saïd Business School's Media Oxford Business Network and the Oxford Technology Media & Finance Network are excited to co-host a networking event for the local media and technology community and a special panel of senior board members from one of the most exciting digital distribution initiatives since the DVD. 

UltraViolet™ (http://uvvu.com/) is a new multi-platform digital content certification and distribution standard created to give consumers the ability purchase and enjoy digital content wherever, whenever and however they choose.

Supported by a cross-industry consortium of the leading global entertainment and technology companies (The Digital Entertainment Content Ecosystem (DECE) LLC), UltraViolet-certified content offers an easy and consistent way to watch film and television content across multiple platforms, including Blu-Ray and DVD players, PCs, connected TVs, game consoles, smartphones and tablets. 

Featuring senior executives from UltraViolet and DECE charter members Microsoft, Sony, Neustar and Rovi, the panel promises to offer an insightful and timely discussion on the frontier of digital rights management, cross-platform distribution and content monetization models. After the panel we invite you to stay for more conversation over light snacks and refreshments.
